Shark FacialPro Glow
At-home skincare is having a cultural moment. But glowing, healthy skin still feels out of reach. Professional treatments like hydrafacials are expensive and time-consuming, while DIY routines can be complicated and underwhelming. Consumers were left stuck between costly splurges and ineffective shortcuts.
FacialPro Glow was built to change that. As the first at-home hydro-powered facial system, it puts professional-level skincare in the palm of your hand.
My role was to strategically bring FacialPro Glow (a technology no one had seen before) to life, so it felt essential. We needed to prove it could elevate and transform the skincare rituals people already had.
With two distinct attachments, we crafted a clear, consumer-first story:
The Extraction Head is clinically tested to extract impurities while infusing +128% hydration, helping skin look deeply cleansed, plump, and radiant.
The DePuffi Head delivers instant hot-and-cold contrast therapy, inspired by gua sha, to depuff under-eyes, boost circulation, and contour the face.
Together, they reframe skincare from a splurge into a sustainable ritual.
This first-of-its-kind innovation inspired an experiential-first launch strategy. We designed an Influencer Summit where creators experienced the tool firsthand, capturing authentic UGC while learning how it fits seamlessly into their routines. The event became both immersive product education and a learning for agile content production, ultimately helping FacialPro Glow feel credible and accessible.
Bringing Science & Culture Together
Developed with dermatologists and clinically tested, we elevated credibility by partnering with world-renowned (and culturally beloved) aesthetician Sofie Pavitt. As the star of our ‘How To’ videos, she provided clarity and trust while bridging her loyal community of “skintellectuals” and skincare enthusiasts with the Shark Beauty audience, and pulling new consumers into our orbit.
